Work in operations or quality Required
Patient services, operations, or quality and accreditation. NABH accreditation work is the standard proving ground for a young administrator and it teaches every department at once.
Own a function or a unit Required
A department, a service line, or a smaller unit within a group. Revenue, cost, patient experience and clinical governance become your numbers together.
