B.Sc Psychology

UG-028

Important caveat: a bachelor's degree in psychology does not qualify anyone to practise as a clinical psychologist in India. RCI-recognised M.Phil Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) is legally required for clinical practice, so students should plan for postgraduate study from the outset.

Level Undergraduate
Duration 3–4 years
Start from After Class 12
Leads to 3 careers 1 exam

M.Sc Clinical Psychology / M.Phil Clinical Psychology

PG-015

Critically important distinction: only an RCI-recognised M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) permits practice as a Clinical Psychologist in India. An M.Sc alone does not. RCI-recognised seats are very limited and admission is extremely competitive, so students should plan this pathway deliberately.

Level Postgraduate
Duration 2 years
Start from After Graduation
Leads to 3 careers 1 exam

Counts beside each filter are how many of the courses on this page match it. Prefer to read rather than filter? Browse every course by category. Durations are the standard full-time length; part-time and distance routes take longer. Eligibility and fees change most years — confirm on the course page and with the institute before you rely on either.
